The UP Tennis Courts and Clubhouse is part of the University of the Philippines’ enterprise to modernize its athletic facilities in the new UP Diliman Sports Complex. The project is a 9,667 sqm development that involves the construction of the tennis courts, the ancillary clubhouse, surrounding land development, as well as civil works that would connect the facility to the rest of the site. It is envisioned to be a vibrant venue for sport and leisure, hosting enthusiast with different levels of intensity of enjoying the game.
The new UP-Diliman Tennis Courts and Clubhouse is designed as an International Tennis Federation (ITF) compliant lawn tennis facility that will be part of the Master Development Plan for the College of Human Kinetics. With the realization of UP’s Fifa accredited Football Field, and the construction and planning of other sporting venues, the Tennis Courts are intended to follow suit in terms of caliber and quality with its counterparts.
